The lounge-diner A comfortable and light lounge-diner with all new furniture and small view of the sea. It includes a TV and DVD player. This room, like all others, is installed with new ceiling fans to keep you cool. The dining area has a pine table and chairs set to seat four. The sofas in the lounge seat at least six.

The kitchen The kitchen is fully-fitted and includes everything you need to make your stay more comfortable, including a microwave, oven, fridge freezer, coffee machine. etc.

Bedrooms & Bathrooms One double and one twin bedded room with separate; bathroom which has shower cabin, toilet and wash basin. Both bedrooms contain wardrobes and night tables.

Outdoors There are terraces at the front (sea) side as at the rear (pool) side. The rear terrace has a washing machine and storing space for beach toys, etc.. there is a beautiful communal pool accesible to the occupants of the 33 apartments of the Pueblo Arabe community only.

General The apartment is ideal for a family with 2 children or 4 adults. The pool is just behind the apartment and the superb palm tree lined beach and boulevard are only 200 meters away. All the advantages but not the traffic. The beach is no doubt the nicest and cleanest in the Mojacar area with its palm trees planted only in 2007. It is all sandy, several hundred meters wide and offers plenty of space for everybody even during the high season. Plenty of space to play football, etc at all times of the year. The 7 km boulevard which holds a 2 km joggin/walking and biycle path is lined with shops, restaurants, bars, terraces and a few nightlcubs. There are several golf courses around the village. The old town of Mojacar, built on the rocks and 4000 years old is just a 5 min. drive. A 5 min. drive in the other direction brings you to the fantastic nature reserve of Cabo del Gata with its mountain walks, several secluded beaches ideal for snorkling and fishing but also for nudists! The town of Almeria ( 1 hour drive) and Granada (2 hours drive) are well worth a visit.
