Keyholding Service
Inspect the property every 2-3 weeks to ensure all is in good order. Provide a local helpline for your guests in case of need.
Prices vary depending on size of property and visits required.

Cleaning
After your holiday lets we will deep clean your property to a very high standard which we believe is very important to gain repeat bookings.
You may also want to have a maintenance clean every now and again, which would keep your property dust free and fresh.
Prices from 50 Euros for the clean again depending on the size of your property and 20 Euros per 6 Kg load for linen washed and ironed.
We can even organise extra cleans for your guests during their stay at additional cost to themselves and payable locally.

Maintenance
Organise and manage all repairs and maintenance, including gardening and the care of a swimming pool. All minor repairs to an agreed budget and emergencies will be sorted out as soon as possible whilst other work will be agreed with you prior to commencement.
We provide an ongoing report of any work done.

Bookings
Manage all of your bookings or just a few, the decision is down to you. The advantages of our handling all your bookings are no more cries
from friends and family of a cheap week in the sun. We only charge 15% of the rental cost and nothing for your own bookings.

We can provide you with an Internet page including availability calendar on this site at a cost of 50 Euros per year without any of our services FREE if you use our keyholding service.
